What is Scrunch Butt?
Think of ScrunchButt as a bra for your butt. It is an innovative design that helps lift and contour the bikini to your skin. With other bikini bottoms, the weight of the water will pull the bottoms down resulting in a saggy look. The scrunch butt fixes this problem by contouring an giving you a nice curve to look good in and out of the water. Chynna Dolls originally developed this design over 10 years ago and is known throughout the industry for carrying the trendiest and largest selection of Scrunch Butt bikinis.
What is Swimwear Lining? Can I wear my bikini in the water without damaging it?

Chynna Dolls line of bikinis are exotic and sexy. They are lingerie inspired, yet designed to outlast days at the beach. These are not your grandma's bikini (we still love you grandma!).

Most of our bikinis come with a Swimwear Lining which adds an extra layer of protection and thickness inside the bikini. The tops will come fully lined in most cases unless noted otherwise. The bottoms are half lined by design. The rear of the bottoms are generally not lined to accommodate a more flattering scrunch butt design.

What is Swimwear Padding?
The swimwear padding is set of custom pads designed to fit the tops of your bikini. These pads are removeable and interchangable. They provide extra support and thickness to the bikini tops.
What sizes are available? How do they fit?
Sizes vary from One Size, S/M, M/L, and S,M,L. Please refer to the size chart in each product detail for more info about sizes. Chynna Dolls bikinis generally run true to size to slightly smaller.
What if the items I receive do not fit?

Can I order online and pickup in store?
Since the stores are independantly managed, online orders cannot be picked up in store. All online orders are shipped from our warehouse and the store personel will have limited information regarding online orders.
There are multiple pending charges on my account. Why are there pending charges on my account when my order did not go through or only 1 order was placed?
You may have noticed a disclaimer displayed before proceeding with each order when using a Credit Card/Debit Card:
"By using your debit card, you are aware that there may be pending transaction imposed by your bank if the transaction is declined which usually is removed within 3 business days but up to 30 days."
The reason for the disclaimer is some banks will put a hold for the amount even if the transaction was voided and uncollected by us (this is usually the case for debit cards). The hold is in the form of a pending charge and not a settled transaction. The issuing card companies usually resolves itself within 3 business days but sometimes up to 30 business days. This is a transaction policy that is imposed by your bank even if the transaction was denied and uncollected by us.
