- Bikinis, Swimwear, & General Merchandise - Most unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the exceptions of items below. Just follow The Returns & Exchange Checklist below to process a return or exchange. Let us know if you have any questions or feedback about returning an item.
- All Dresses - Although dresses cannot be returned, we will accept exchanges for a different size.
- Thongs & Undergarments - Due of health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Thongs and Undergarments. If you have any questions of would like to give us feedback with returning an Undergarment, please contact us. We would like to help you out as much as we can.
- B.Y.O.B. Bikinis & Custom Items - B.Y.O.B bikinis and all other custom items are hand made to order. For this reason, we also don't accept returns for B.Y.O.B. Bikinis and custom items. However if you have an issue with your custom item, we would like to help you resolve it as best as we can. Feel free to contact us with any feedback or questions.
- Gift Cards & Store Credits - Gift cards and store credits also are not returnable. However the funds will never expire so you can use them whenever you like!
- Exchange for a Different Size
- To exchange an item for the same item of a different size, first see if the item qualifies for a return by checking the Returns Policy step above. Then follow the The Returns & Exchange Checklist to process your exchange. To help make your exchange request a little faster and smoother we treat all exchanges for a different size requests as Refunds. If you have any questions about this exchange process, feel free to contact us.
- Exchange for a Different Item/SKU
- To help make your exchange request a little faster and smoother we treat all exchanges for a different item/sku requests as Refunds. This allows you to place another order for the new item at your leisure while we process a refund of your previous item. Simply check the Returns Policy step above to see if your item qualifies for a return. Approved exchange for a different item/sku requests will be refunded to your original form of payment less any shipping costs. You can place another order for the new item at any time. Please note that the same return policies apply to your exchange item. If you have any questions about this exchange process, feel free to contact us.
- Defective or Wrong Items Were Sent
- Oops! We can make mistakes too. Don't worry though. If you received the wrong item or if an item is defective please notify us within 7 days of receiving them. We will accept any unworn item that was wrongfully sent or defective. Once approved, we will send a replacement. Sometimes items may not be defective and just require a little more explanation on how to operate them. Please let us know of any defect or wrong items before sending them back since items that are not approved may be require postage to send them back to you.
- Non-Approved Returns
- When a return is not approved, we will hold all non approved return packages for up to 60 days and try to contact you to have the un-approved return sent back.
- The Returns & Exchange Checklist
- To help make your return a smooth process, be sure that the merchandise is, unworn, unmarked with original tags attached (including hygienic liners), as well as the original packaging included. Please be sure to also read the Returns Policy section to see if your item is eligible for a return. Simply return within 14 days of receiving the items. If you have any question of whether your return will be approved, please contact us to verify before sending the package back. This will avoid any delays in processing. All unapproved returns require a small postage fee to re-ship/return the item back to you.
- Print a copy of your receipt and write down the reason for your return. You can find a copy of your receipt by logging into your account or just contact us and we can help. Send the unworn items back to the address below with its original packaging, tags, and receipt.
- Approved returns will be refunded the full purchase price less shipping fees, and disqualified discounts. Any discounts disqualified by the returned item(s) will be deducted from the purchase price of the item(s) returned. (i.e. Orders with free shipping discounts will be charged the shipping fee if item(s) returned disqualifies the order for discount requirements.)
- We do not accept returns or exchanges that have show signs of being soiled, washed, tampered, or merchandise with evidence of alteration, fragrance, or cigarette smoke.
- It is important to use a trackable shipping method to safeguard against items being lost in the mailing system; since lost packages cannot be processed for a return.
