Retail Return Policy
Missing Items / Items not received
Please inspect your package once you receive it. Missing Items in your package will require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us is made regarding the missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed received.
Defective/Wrong Items Sent
In the rare case that you receive the wrong item, in most cases we will replace the item if we are notified and the items are postmarked within 7 days. Once you receive the replacement items, they are subject to the same return/exchange guidelines below. Items that are deemed Non-Defective willrequire return postage if you want the items back. Please contact us if you have received the wrong or defective item.
Returns
- General Return Policy
Due to the nature of our items, we can only accept returns within 7 days of receiving your items. Bikinis and swimwear returns must be approved once we receive the items and are subject to a 15% restocking/disposal fee. We will only accept returns providing that your return meets the Return & Exchange Guidelines below.
- Thongs and Underwear
Because of health and safety regulations, there are NO returns on Thongs and Undergarments.
- Dresses
There are no returns on all Dresses. We do allow size exchanges for the same item. Please see Exchange for a different size section.
- Custom Orders & BYOB
All custom items are non refundable including BYOB custom bikinis.
Exchange for a different size
If the items you receive did not fit properly and you want a different size, you may exchange the item for a different size. Exchanges for a different size applies to only exchanges for the same SKU/Style Number and color with a different size. Exchange for a different size requests made within 7 days of receiving your item will be granted as long as the Returns & Exchange Guidelines are met. There is no restocking/disposal fee for size exchanges for a different size however, the customer will be responsible for the postage fee to ship the exchange item.
If your returned items are not accepted for exchange/return as they do not meet the guidelines, you have up to 2 months from the return date to have items claimed/shipped back before they are disposed of. Chynna Dolls is not responsible for unclaimed items 2 months passed the return date.
Return & Exchange Guidelines:
A return or exchange will be issued on some unworn merchandise returned within 7 days of receiving the items. All return or exchange merchandise must be unmarked with original tags attached, hygienic liners in tact, and packaging Included. If your return or exchange does not meet these guidelines, please do not send back your items as your return or exchange may not be approved. Instead please contact us to verify if it may be approved. All unapproved returns are subject to a small fee for postage to re-ship/return the item.
For exchanges, in some cases, a small shipping fee may apply to send out the new item.

Wholesale Return Policy
We do not accept returns on Wholesale orders unless there was an error in the items received or due to item defects. Please inspect your items once you receive them. We can only accept returns for errors or defective items that are postmarked and sent back within 7 days of receiving them.
