Please inspect your items once you receive them. We can only accept returns for wrong or defective items that are postmarked and sent back within 7 days of receiving them as long as they meet the Returns & Exchange Guidelines stated below.
Defective/Wrong Items Sent
In the rare case that you receive the wrong item, in most cases we will replace the item if we are notified and the items are postmarked within 7 days. Once you receive the replacement items, they are subject to the same return/exchange guidelines below. Items that are deemed Non-Defective may require return postage if you want the items back. Please contact us if you have received the wrong or defective item.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns within 7 days of receiving your items. All returns must be approved once we receive the items and are subject to a 15% restocking/disposal fee. We will only accept returns providing that your return meets the Return & Exchange Guidelines below.
Because of health and safety regulations, there are NO returns on Thongs and Undergarments. We only allow an exception on returns for Bikinis where a 15% disposal fee is applied.
All custom items are non refundable including BYOB custom bikinis.
Exchange for a different size
Exchange requests made within 7 days of receiving your item will be granted as long as the Returns & Exchange Guidelines are met. There is no restocking/disposal fee for size exchanges however, there may be a small postage fee to ship your exchange item.
Return & Exchange Guidelines:
A return or exchange will be issued on some unworn merchandise returned within 7 days of receiving the items. All return or exchange merchandise must be unmarked with original tags attached, hygienic liners in tact, and packaging Included. If your return or exchange does not meet these guidelines, please do not send back your items as your return or exchange may not be approved. Instead please contact us to verify if it may be approved. All unapproved returns are subject to a small fee for postage to re-ship/return the item.
For exchanges, in some cases, a small shipping fee may apply to send out the new item.
