Chynna Dolls will be handling all eligible exchanges as returns for refunds. Client may order alternate sizes or product in a new order. If you need assistance in placing the new order, customer service reps are available via phone to help.

- Bikinis, Swimwear, & General Merchandise – Most unworn items can be returned with exception of items below.
- Accessories - All accessories of any kind is FINAL SALE and NOT returnable.
- Clearance and Sale Items - All clearance and Sale items are FINAL SALE and NOT returnable.
- Custom Orders- All custom orders created by Chynnadolls are non-returnable/exchangeable.
- Gift Cards & Store Credits – Gift cards and Store Credits are NOT returnable. However, funds will not expire so you can use them whenever you like!
- Defective/Wrong Items Sent – In the rare case that you receive the wrong, defective or are missing an item, You must contact us within 7 days from the date that delivery is confirmed to request a replacement. Please follow the same procedures listed below for the returns. Returned items will be inspected and will fall under the same guidelines as the returns. Items that are deemed Non-defective may require return postage if you would like them back.
- To help make sure that your return is a smooth process, be sure that the merchandise is unworn, unmarked with original tags attached (including hygienic liners), and in the original product packaging (such as shoe box, etc).
- You must contact us within 7 days from the date that delivery is confirmed to request an RMA Number. Please include, your full name, email address that the order was place with, contact information (phone number and address), date of your order and the item that was purchased so that it can be verified with our staff. You will receive a response within 1-2 business days.
- Please note: Chynna Dolls, LLC will not be responsible for any packages received without an RMA #. If a return is rejected, then the customer will be responsible for shipping charges of items sent back to customer. Items sent back without an RMA # will be held for a maximum of 30 days and then disposed of if unclaimed. Chynna Dolls, LLC will also not be responsible for any shipping charges on returns.
- Once you receive your RMA number, please include that on the shipping label and send your item back to us using a method of shipping that can be tracked. Chynna Dolls, LLC will not be responsible for items sent regular mail that may get lost. Chynna Dolls, LLC is not responsible for shipping charges on returned or exchanged items. - Please include the following in your return package. A copy of your receipt, the unworn, undamaged items with their hygienic liners (if applicable), and tags fully in tact and in place.
- Upon receipt of your package, the returned items will be inspected carefully.
- Any items that are worn, soiled, have been washed, tampered with, or that have evidence of alterations, fragrance or cigarette smoke will not be accepted. If this happens, you will receive an email in response to your return letting you know that the refund has been denied due to one of these reasons.
- If the items returned are in the required condition, a refund for the full purchase price less the shipping costs and disqualified discounts, will be issued. Any discounts disqualified by the returned item(s) will be deducted from the purchase price of item(s) returned. For example, orders with free shipping discounts will be charged the shipping fee if item(s) returned disqualifies the order for the discount requirements.
- Please do not go through Paypal to start your return process with us. This causes Paypal to put a hold on the entire purchase amount and not just the particular items you may be returning and then we are also not able to refund you properly through our system.
